I've Forgotten My Sky PIN Number But Want To Watch, What Do I do?
If you have forgotten your Sky PIN details, contact your service provider and they will be able to advise you on how to connect.
I Can't Find My Sky Card Number, what do I do?
Your Sky Viewing Card Number can be found on your Sky bills. Alternatively, you can find it on the underside of your card. To retrieve the number, simply press 'services' on your Sky digital remote and then select 'system setup'. Select 'system details' and your Viewing Card number will be displayed on screen. If you have any problems then contact your service provider.
